Bob’s Hire has all catering equipment and accessories to provide for both private and corporate occasions.

Do you deliver outside of Brisbane?
Currently, we deliver to all of the Gold Coast area and the Brisbane Metro area as well as surrounding areas such as Ipswich. If you’re unsure if you fall into any of the areas, our office will be able to let you know if we can deliver for you and the price associated with it.
Short notice orders are subject to availability depending on driver accessibility.
Do you deliver outside of business hours, or on weekends?
Bob’s Hire understands that some venues require specific bump in and bump out times. We can accommodate for most time frames, however we will need to discuss this with you. The costs for any delivery or pick up set for Saturday and Sundays or times before 8.00am and after 4.30pm will incur an extra charge.
Can I collect my order, rather than having it delivered?
Yes. Bob’s Hire understand that sometimes it is easier to collect hired items at your own convenience. From our two offices in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, customers are able to safely collect and return all items at no charge.
What kind of notice do I need to provide for my order?
Bob’s Hire strives to have all orders packed the day before hand to ensure the quantity and quality of stock. To ensure this we ask that all orders be confirmed the day prior to delivery or customer collect.
We do our best to accommodate short notice orders, however delivery times and stock quantity is subject to availability.
What are your payment policies?
To ensure that our customers can pay their invoices as soon as possible, we offer the following methods of payment –
Cash – Cash facilities are available in our offices
EFTPOS – You can call or make an appointment to process payments over the phone. Visa, MasterCard and AMEX available.
Direct Credit – Using remittance details, transferring payment into our general account
Cheque – Mail to our office or drop it in to our office.
We do ask that for all delivery orders, customers have their invoice paid in full. For Customer collect orders, the payment methods above are all available on the day of collect.
I no longer need my order, what is your cancellation policy?
At Bob’s Hire we know that sometimes life doesn’t go the way we planned. However, we need to know as soon as possible if your event is no longer going ahead, or if it needs to be postponed.
We urge customers to contact our office and have a chat to sort out any cancellations or post-poning.
